Meet Jocelyn
Jocelyn is a Clinical Psychologist and accredited Couple and Family Therapist with over 30 years experience. Jocelyn is known for her ability to work effectively with clients to resolve complex, multi-layered issues. She assists her clients to mindfully observe and change unhelpful patterns from the past, particularly early attachment experiences and complex trauma.

Approach to Therapy
Jocelyn works in many therapeutic FRAMEWORKS, therapies and associated techniques. Including Attachment Theory, CBT, Schema Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Individual & Couple Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couple Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Advanced Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Jocelyn selects & integrates the most effective techniques for each unique individual, couple or family to build their skills and wellbeing. Therapy may be short-term or longer-term. The therapeutic relationship is central to the healing process.

As a Clinical Psychologist Jocelyn has a particular interest in complex trauma & dissociative disorders, grief, compulsive disorders (including OCD), enhancing distress tolerance with addictions and disordered eating and building resiliency with chronic medical conditions and chronic pain.
As a highly-experienced Couple & Family Therapist Jocelyn offers support and skill-building across the family life-cycle.
Jocelyn is also an accredited Master Coach & Trainer who can assist you to build your skills toolbox, become a master re-programmer and experience confident management of intrapersonal. Interpersonal and situational challenges.
