I can assist you to build your coping skills toolbox including training in parenting skills, mindfulness meditation, relaxation skills, stress management skills (including problem solving and time management skills) interpersonal effectiveness skills (including skills in conflict management, assertiveness, active listening & ethical politics), distress tolerance & emotion regulation skills, cognitive reprogramming skills.
